About HCM Foundation
The HCM Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Human Capital Managers Ltd, dedicated to advancing human development through investments in health, education, and economic empowerment. Founded in Gombe State, Nigeria, the Foundation works closely with governments, communities, and partners to design and implement practical, technology-driven solutions that strengthen systems and expand opportunity, particularly in underserved regions.
Through a combination of field-based programs, digital platforms, and data-driven approaches, the Foundation supports initiatives that improve access to essential services, build local capacity, and promote sustainable, community-level development. About The Fellowship Program
The HCMF Fellowship Program is a five-month, full-time program designed to equip young professionals with practical digital, analytical, and leadership skills. Fellows will build their capabilities through hands-on experience on real projects, supported by mentorship and direct exposure to implementation. The program is designed to accelerate meaningful personal and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Mandatory daily attendance
- Timely submission of all coursework, homework, and LMS (Learning Management System) engagements
- Maintaining high ethical standards, especially when handling sensitive data during the program
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND (must have completed NYSC) in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Business, or related fields.
- Must not be more than 40 Years
- Must reside in Nigeria (preference will be given to applicants who reside in Gombe)
- Must be available full-time for 5 months
- Must have a laptop for the programme
